Thanksgiving 2010

We went down to Levan for Thanksgiving dinner at my mom's house. All of the Jackson family met there. It was a fun day.

At first, we didn't know if we should go or not, because we are supposed to keep Kendrick away from crowds/public places because we don't want to risk him getting sick again. But, we decided we would go down and keep Kendrick in one of the bedrooms or somewhere away from everyone.

We had just got there and were getting ready to take him upstairs when my grandma arrived. She had not ever even seen Kendrick. So, we took a few pictures of her holding him.

We kept Kendrick upstairs for most of the day. It was hard though, because we wanted to visit with everyone too. Scott and I took turns staying upstairs with him, but after most of the people had left, we brought Kendrick downstairs.

All of his cousins have been waiting to see him. Some had seen him, but others had not. Dallin was very interested in seeing him and so we let him hold Kendrick. Dallin was so happy to do that!

We had a great Thanksgiving and we were glad that we were able to be there. The food was delicious and it was good to see everyone that was there. I think Kendrick's first Thanksgiving was a good one. We definitely have a lot to be thankful for!
