On June 12, 2010, my nephew Zach Nielson was baptized. His birthday is actually on May 28. I remember when Zach was born, because I was out of school and Paula called me and had me come out to their house and sit with Cade while they went to the hospital. That seems like just yesterday that I did that and now Zach is 8 years old!
Paula and Casey had a family party afterwards at their house for Zach. We had yummy ribs and pulled pork from Casey's uncle Jeff. Jeff owns a restaurant in Layton that serves yummy food!
