Spring Break 2013

For Spring Break this year, we decided to head down to St. George for a quick weekend trip.  Because Scott was fairly new at his job and he had just taken a few days off when we went to Florida with the drill team, he didn't want to ask for more time off. 

It was fun to get away to some warmer weather and swim in the pool.

 The hotel had an indoor/outdoor pool.  You could go through the curtain behind Scott in this picture to get to the other pool.

 This was my Spring Break - time to relax poolside watching Scott and Kendrick have fun in the pool.  We had a great time, even if it was for just a day!

After the pool, we went out to dinner and then came back to the hotel and relaxed some more.  The next morning we went to breakfast at the Bear Paw Café.  They have yummy pancakes and waffles!  We had to wait a bit, but not too bad.  It was worth it!

It was a short and simple trip for our Spring Break, but we loved it!  Kendrick especially loved swimming!  He talked about it for days.
